NMSP investigating officer-involved shooting in Lordsburg

LORDSBURG, N.M. – New Mexico State Police tweeted Friday evening that they are investigating a police-involved shooting in Lordsburg, resulting in “1 suspect being transported from the scene.”

NMSP also said that no officers were injured. It is unclear at this time whether the suspect was taken to a hospital or elsewhere.

No identities have been released as of yet.
