LAS CRUCES, N.M. – Police have arrested two brothers following a deadly drive-by shooting that killed a teenage girl.

Police say Julio Gutierrez-Barrera and Alonzo Barrera were at a party early Saturday morning and got into an argument with someone there.

They then took off and later returned.

Police say Julio then fired three rounds into the home where the party was happening, and ended up striking 14-year-old Jocelyn Marrie Trujillo.

The brothers are currently being held without bond.
