SANTA FE, N.M. – It turns out the restaurant meal that Gov. Susana Martinez allegedly skipped out on paying for last week was one of the last that will be served at the restaurant, according to the Santa Fe New Mexican.

Five Star Burger in Santa Fe, which made headlines over the dust-up with Martinez on Friday, confirmed to KOB their last day of business will be Sunday.

According to the Santa Fe New Mexican, the closure is unrelated to the incident with the governor.

Five Star Burger has three other locations – two in Albuquerque and one in Taos.
