New Mexico State Police say 23-year-old Gabriella Uzueta of Espanola was arrested after getting into a second crash with another vehicle Wednesday morning.

They say no injuries were reported in the crash when the pickup rear-ended the school bus in La Mesilla.

State Police say Uzueta was taken into custody in Espanola after the second accident after an officer noticed her speech was slurred and she was having problems maintaining her balance.

They say Uzueta failed sobriety tests and is jailed on suspicion of DWI, leaving the scene of an accident and not having a driver's license.
