ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- Former Lobo Brian Urlacher is among 11 first-year eligible players for the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Urlacher spent 13 years with the Chicago Bears, was voted to eight Pro Bowls, was named the NFL rookie of the year and later the defensive player of the year.

The selection committee will meet in February to elect four to eight new members to the hall of fame.
