ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- After losing two straight the University of New Mexico football team looks to get back in the win column Saturday on the road.

The Lobos are at Tulsa. They'll have their third-string quarterback, Coltin Gerhart, under center in his first career start at QB. Last week against Boise State, Gerhart came in for his first action at quarterback since high school.

"I would say he's not as fast as Lamar and I think you can see that," head coach Bob Davie said. "He probably doesn't throw it quite as good as Tevaka, but he really is a guy who can do both things."

Kickoff 11:30 a.m. Mountain Time. It can be seen on ESPN3.

New Mexico State will take on UTEP this weekend. The Miners are winless. The Aggies are 1-2 with their lone victory coming against the Lobos.

An NMSU win on Saturday would be their first sweep of both rivals since 2002.
