ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- After falling to Tennessee Tech 104-96 Tuesday night, the New Mexico men's basketball team will now head to Florida for two games of the Emerald Coast Classic. UNM will take on TCU on Friday.

The Lobos are on a two-game losing streak.

Head coach Paul Weir said after Tuesday night's loss, “It was a bad game and we looked like a very bad team.” Ten turnovers in the second half validated his opinion.

“We haven't spent enough time on their individual skill development,” Weir said. “It was awful. It looks like we don't coach. It was embarrassing, to be honest with you. That's something we're going to have to make drastic changes to. I didn't think we were that bad of a passing team but tonight we really were.”
