Police say they found Eugene Reyna sitting on a curb in the parking lot on Central Avenue. The responding officer said Reyna's eyes were bloodshot and he smelled like alcohol.

Reyna's license had been revoked, police say, because of his previous DWI arrests. He was taken to the hospital for an ankle injury sustained in the crash.
