ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- Friday was a chilling day in court for an Albuquerque woman accused of killing her husband.

Witnesses say Amy Herrera first claimed her husband Marc committed suicide in their home five years ago. Then she's suspected of changing her story.

In an interview with a detective that was played in court, Amy Herrera said her husband forced her to pull the trigger and kill him.

Herrera has been charged three times in the case. Charges were dropped the first two times because of problems with the grand jury process.
