APD says they do have one person of interest in custody who was at the scene when officers arrived.

There is no word yet on the victim's cause of death, nor did police identify him. Officers were initially responding to a shots fired call in the area shortly after 8 a.m. when they found the body, officials say.

Menaul is closed from Broadbent to I-25 as APD investigates.
