Officers arrived at the Whole Foods grocery at Carlisle and Indian School after 10 p.m., where they found the unidentified victim with gunshot wounds, according to APD Spokesperson Daren DeAguero.

He was taken to UNM Hospital “and is listed in critical condition,” DeAguero said.

As of early Saturday morning, it isn’t believed that any suspects are in custody. DeAguero said officers closed the parking lot of the store as they began to investigate.
