ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Albuquerque police say they have made an arrest in the shooting of a 16-year-old in Downtown Albuquerque earlier this week, adding that it was a gang-related incident.

17-year-old Mylin Bill was arrested Friday afternoon after law enforcement, including SWAT, were called out to a residence on the East Side. Police said that Bill "has an extensive record." He has not been booked yet, so the exact charges he is facing are unclear at this time.
