Alleged social media threats prompt lockdown at Belen High

BELEN, N.M. - Belen High School was under lockdown for nearly two hours Friday while authorities investigated alleged threats made on social media between students.

According to school officials, one person was arrested but details on that arrest are limited.

School officials say classes and activities will resume on their regular schedule.
