Clovis man faces life in prison after homicide

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – A Clovis man has been found guilty of stabbing a woman to death.

52-year-old Lorenzo Martinez is now facing life in prison after the homicide. Authorities say he killed Mary Neal, 57, last year.

A jury deliberated for four-and-a-half hours Thursday before delivering the guilty verdict.

Martinez will be sentenced on Tuesday.
