ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Progress is being made in the neighborhood of a vandalized library at the intersection of 15th and Granite.

Earlier this week, Judy Talley told KOB that someone was putting child pornography instead of books on the shelves of her little library. Since that story, the Albuquerque Police Department's

Child Exploitation Unit has launched an investigation.

According to Talley, dozens of people have since brought books to put on the shelves of the library, leaving little to no space for anything else.

"The library just started getting flooded with books and kind wishes and neighbors coming by," Talley said. "My faith was definitely restored. I was actually in tears last night when I saw all the books."
