ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — House Democrats introduced an Article of Impeachment against President Trump Monday, accusing him of inciting the mob attack on the U.S. Capitol. 

Constitutional law expert and UNM professor Joshua Kastenberg spoke with KOB 4 about the aftermath of the Capitol insurrection, and what could come out of a second impeachment process.
