ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - The Bernalillo County District attorney dropped two charges against the woman accused of murdering 10-year-old Victoria Martens.

The DA no longer plans to charge Jessica Kelly the two charges related to giving Victoria Martens meth.

The DA originally filed those charges when they believed Victoria Martens was drugged before her death. But an autopsy revealed that Victoria did not have drugs in her system at the time of her death.

Kelly is still charged with first-degree murder and multiple other charges. Police are still hoping to track down a fourth suspect who they believe was involved in Victoria's murder. Victoria's mother entered into a plea deal in June. Fabian Gonzales had a murder charge dropped, but still faces child abuse charges.
