Debate over justification of police shooting sparked after lawsuit filed by victim's family dismissed

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – A federal judge has tossed out a lawsuit filed by the family of a man shot and killed by a Bernalillo County Sheriff's deputy more than three years ago.

That decision has a lot of people talking in its wake, especially after a right-wing Facebook group posted video of the incident.
