Eli Kronenanker has been charged with two counts of criminal sexual penetration.  Police say he met the 21-year-old woman, who functions educationally as an 11-year-old, through a social media site called "Meetme.com."

Kronenanker is accused of taking the woman to his apartment where he sexually assaulted her.

His trial, in this case, is set to begin at 9 a.m.

Kronenanker is also accused in another case of sexual assault. Police say he kidnapped and sexually assaulted a Rio Rancho teenager back in 2013.

This is a developing story. Stay with KOB.com for updates.
