ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — For the month of February, Colton Shone is spotlighting new, fun workouts to help people stay on track with their fitness goals.
This week, Colton went to check out Spenga in northwest Albuquerque. Spenga offers 60-minute classes that are 20 minutes of spin, 20 minutes strength training and 20 minutes of yoga.
