ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Albuquerque-based mixed martial arts fighter Holly Holm will return to competition this summer, according to multiple media reports.

Holm will fight Megan Anderson at UFC 225 on June 9 at the United Center in Chicago. The Chicago Tribune first reported the news.

The Holm-Anderson fight will be the first non-title female featherweight bout in UFC history.

In her last fight, Holm lost to Cris "Cyborg" Justino at UFC 219 last December. Holm has gone 1-4 in her last five fights since the 2015 knockout of Ronda Rousey that vaulted Holm into the national spotlight.

Holm's MMA record is 11-4. Anderson, a 28-year-old Australian fighter, has an 8-2 record who has won her last four fights.
