ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - She’s being prosecuted under the federal “worst of the worst” anti-violence initiative and yesterday, Miranda Gilbert pleaded guilty.

Court documents show Gilbert pleaded to all three counts to which she was indicted for.

It was last August when she was caught on video pointing a gun at a couple who drove up on Gilbert and her boyfriend trying to burglarize their home.

The duo backed out of the driveway and that’s when police say Gilbert fired shots at one of the homeowners.

Investigators say at the time of the crime, Gilbert had at least ten prior felony convictions.
