Daniel Franco was barricaded in the home for several hours.

Flash bangs could be heard going off around 6:45 p.m. and he was arrested around 8 p.m. A spokesperson for NMSP said it was a peaceful resolution.

On May 16, police attempted to pull over Franco for a traffic stop in northeast Albuquerque. However, Franco failed to stop.

An officer shot at Franco after a pit maneuver failed to stop Franco. He evaded arrest until Tuesday night.
