According to court documents, woman found 22-year-old Asaias Martinez naked and masturbating by her bathroom. Officers say he had a pipe with a white powdery substance on him.

Police are looking into the possibility that Martinez is connected to the so-called South Capitol Creep. For the past two summers, women have reported seeing a man peering at them through windows, exposing and fondling himself, and even groping them. Police released a sketch of what he may look like. But the trail went cold.

"Based on method of operation, based on the way these individuals confront their victims, there's no connection at this time to determine what happened over the weekend is consistent with what happened over a year ago," said Captain Robert Vasquez, with the Santa Fe Police Department.

The South Capitol Creep case is still under investigation.
