According to police, Joseph Martinez had work done to his car at Reliable Chevrolet on Coors Boulevard in December. Police say Martinez walked into the garage bay, got into his car and pointed a gun at an employee when they tried to stop him.

Police caught up with Martinez last week. He faces an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge.
