Crash involving APD sergeant sends two to hospital

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M – Eastbound Montgomery was down to one lane at Eubank after a Sunday night crash sent an APD sergeant and another individual to the hospital, according to Albuquerque Police.

APD spokesperson Simon Drobik said the sergeant, who has not yet been identified, was on his way to respond to a domestic violence call at Central and Tramway when the crash occurred. 

The severity of their injuries is unknown at this time.
