ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - A SWAT team arrested a male subject who barricaded himself near southwest Albuquerque on Sunday.

Investigators believe the suspect, 37-year-old Harold Valdez, allegedly tried to start a fire at his mother's home early Sunday at 5601 Palm Ave. SW.
