Police arrest 'Alert Offender' for 11th felony

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.—Albuquerque Police have arrested an Alert Offender who was identified in a multiagency program that tracks repeat offenders.

27-year-old Thomas Montoya has 11 felony arrests on his record.

Police say he was arrested after breaking into a car Nov. 26.

Montoya is now behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center.
