ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — On Wednesday, House leaders voted to impeach President Trump for the second time.
Professor Joshua Kastenberg, a constitutional law expert at UNM, spoked with KOB 4 and offered an analogy from a previous time in history to highlight a choice the U.S. Senate has to make about the impeachment trial.
