ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - A 1955 Faegol Twin 40-foot Coach Bus has found its way to eBay.

However, its journey started in Albuquerque when the population was about 100,000 and KOB-TV had been on the air for less than a decade.

In the 60s, the bus served as KOB's mobile TV station, allowing for live reports.

In 2014, Chef Jon Young found the bus sitting in a junkyard.

He says he saw potential and transformed it into the "Orient Express."

"We've served beer pairings and stuff like that downtown, we've been at wineries, we've been at a lot of private parties," said Young.

Chef Young oversaw the state-of-the-art kitchen.

"Full kitchen, you have food storage, dry storage, refrigerated storage, but you can also dine in 12 individuals in here, as well as a side service window," said Young.

Much of the bus is original, including the gas engine.

"It's certified throughout the state," Young said. "She can pretty much get anywhere."

Young decided to put the bus up for auction so he could focus on his new restaurant, ABQ BBQ.

He says he hopes his luxury mobile bistro can go to a good buyer.

"We've put so much passion into this thing that, I would love the next person just to take her to the next level and keep doing good," said Young.

The coach is listed on eBay, with no set price, but chef young says he hopes to get about $100,000.
