UNM Head Coach Bob Davie, who previously coached at Notre Dame, will not attend the game. He is still recovering from a medical episode he suffered at the Lobos’ first game of the season.

“We are pulling for him and hoping for a speedy recovery,” said Brian Kelly, Notre Dame’s head coach. “It seems like he is moving in that direction and hope for him to be back on the sidelines quickly."

Saga Tuitele is serving as the acting head coach for the Lobos until Davie is ready to return.
