ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.-The Lobo men’s basketball team is still one player over the limit for the 14 basketball scholarships it’s allowed to offer.

Head coach Richard Pitino said he still doesn’t know what his exact roster will look like when the season begins.

“Every decision that we make will be for the betterment of the program in the long term," Pitino said. "I don’t have an exact answer to that. We’re just going in every single day, whether it’s in our skill development over the summer, whether it’s recruiting now that were able to go on the road for the first time in about a year and a half, to put New Mexico back into the position to be a top of the Mountain West.”

The Lobos are two weeks into their summer camp.
