ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.– The Lobos lost to San Jose State Friday 32-21.

UNM turned the ball over six times and had four interceptions and two fumbles.

Spartans quarterback Josh Love threw for 405 yards and had two touchdowns.

Quarterback Sheriron Jones led the Lobos to three touchdowns, but he also threw three costly interceptions.

With the loss, the Lobos fall to 2-3.

They will continue conference play when they host Colorado State Friday at 6 p.m.
