Lobo women finish strong against Nevada, 87-67

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.— The Lobo women’s basketball team played Nevada at The Pit Saturday.

The Lobos went big in the third quarter, pulling ahead of Nevada by 24 points.

Aisia Robertson had nine points and five assists.

Jordan Hosey had a double-double with 16 points and 12 rebounds.

Six Lobos scored nine points or more during the game.

The Lobos beat Nevada 87-67. They’re now 3-6 in conference play.

“We rebounded the ball, you know, we played efficient offensively so I thought that it was good,” said head coach Mike Bradbury.

Next up, the Lobos will take on San Diego State Wednesday afternoon.
