ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.- The UNM men’s basketball team will attempt to break out of a late-season slump.

The Lobos have lost eight of their last 10 games.

They will take on Boise State on Sunday.

The Lobos beat the Broncos in December. At the team, UNM had J.J. Caldwell and Carlton Bragg.

Bragg was kicked off the team following a DWI arrest. Caldwell was suspended following allegations he hit a woman.

Without Bragg and Caldwell, the team is searching for consistency.

“We're trying we're trying to continue to have a good offensive rhythm and play inside out, but unfortunately everything around the rim right now is the layups are going in against us and the layups aren't falling for us,” Weir said.
