ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.- West Mesa's Eloy Medina is among the final additions to the Lobo basketball team.

The former Mustang becomes the latest Mew Mexico native to walk on for UNM.

He joins Atrisco Heritage grad Jordan Arroyo and Clay Patterson from Rio Rancho.

Medina said he's ready to start a new chapter with the Lobos.

"I mean I've played against them in high school, and they're tough so it feels good to be their teammate. (I) never thought I would be their teammate, but it happened and I'm ready for it. I get to play in front of my people, it's my hometown, so I like representing."
