ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.- The general manager of the Isotopes, John Traub, was looking forward to hosting the Colorado Rockies.

The Rockies were planning on using Isotopes Park as a training site. However, they were forced to change course due to the mandatory 14-day quarantine in New Mexico.

"At the end of the day, being able to stay in Denver, being able to work it out, work out locally in Coors Field and some of the other areas near there, in the long run, it's probably best for the Rockies," Traub said.

The Rockies begin their season Friday against the Texas Rangers. No fans will be allowed in the stands.
