ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.- UNM Basketball Coach Paul Weir is encouraged by the progress the team has made despite suffering their first loss on Tuesday.

It's unclear if Carlton Bragg will play against New Mexico State Thursday night. He suffered a knee injury in the game against UTEP.

JaQuan Lyle, J.J. Caldwell and Zane Martin will be getting their first taste of the Rio Grande rivalry game in Las Cruces.
