ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.- New Mexico United will play their home opener Saturday.

United lost their first game and tied their second game of the season.

"When we start talking about our on-field execution, about things we’ve been working on, really, we executed almost perfectly, and Dev’s point if we’re in front of The Lab, in front of 8,000-9,000, then we close that game out no problem at all," said coach Troy Lesesne.

The team believes playing in front of a home crowd will help lift them to their first win of the season.
