ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.- The UNM football team continues to show improvement despite losses in their first three games.
Jerrick Reed has become a playmaker on defense, securing three interceptions in two games.
He leads the nation, averaging one interception per game.
"It's a great accomplishment, a great goal but as a team we're not winning, so I'm just trying to figure out a way to transition that success to, like, the team winning the games," Reed said.
The Lobos will have a chance to break their losing streak Friday against Air Force.
