Weir praises players for bouncing back after loss

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.- The Lobos were big winners Tuesday night against Fresno State.

The Lobos were coming off a loss on the road to San Jose State.

“I think it's more a testament to our players and the character of our guys for just having the resiliency,” coach Paul Weir said.

Vance Jackson scored 29 points, a game high.

The Lobos are 14-3 overall and 3-1 in the Mountain West Conference.

They will play Air Force on Saturday in The Pit.
