Weir says he had a feeling Lobos would pull off win over Boise State

ALBUQUERQUE, D.C.- The UNM men’s basketball team won a thriller Wednesday night against Boise State.

The difference came at the free throw line. The Lobos shot 25 free throws, making 19 of them.

"Our guys-- they just have a confidence about them," coach Paul Weir said. "We won some big games, and I think, like, eventually we just felt like we would win the game somehow someway."

The Lobos will play Wyoming next on Saturday.
