Despite losing star quarterback to injury, Eldorado defeats Albuquerque High

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.— The Eldorado Eagles and Albuquerque High Bulldogs battled in a Thursday night game at Wilson Stadium.

Eagles’ star quarterback, Gabe Smith, left the game with a shoulder/collarbone injury.

The Eagles were forced to use their running game and it worked.

The Eagles beat the Bulldogs 42-8.
