Los Lunas enters state tournament on a hot streak

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.- The Los Lunas Tigers are going into the boys state basketball tournament red hot.


They have not lost a game since Jan. 4.

As the No. 1 seed, they will open the tournament against Artesia.

“The kids worked hard for it, we're excited about it,” said Los Lunas head coach Travis Julian.

Tipoff for the Los Lunas-Artesia game is set for 2 p.m.
