Police say officers were responding to a disturbance at a home Friday evening when one of the officers was injured by the suspect. A second officer fired at least one shot that hit the man, who died on scene.

The wounded officer will be placed on standard administrative leave, officials say, while a multi-agency task force investigates the incident.
