Some evacuation orders have been lifted, but the most recent wave of residents allowed back home are running into some confusion.

Shawna Matta says she waited for more than 30 minutes to be told she couldn’t go home.

Officials say some residents don't realize they must present their rapid tag to be allowed back in.

They also recommend checking the county's twitter and facebook accounts. They have up-to-date information about evacuation orders and when they're lifted.

Officials say the 416 Fire is only 15 percent contained, but 70 percent of evacuees are being allowed back home.
