The verdict came down after just 30-minutes of deliberations with the jury finding 29-year-old Brandon Barron guilty of Criminal Sexual Penetration.

Prosecutors say police were called to the Plains Regional Medical Center in Clovis in March 2017 for reports of a sexual assault.

The victim told officers that Barron assaulted her in her home after demonstrating the vacuum.

Barron faces up to three years in prison. He also has a pending criminal case in Bernalillo County for Aggravated DWI.
