DEXTER, N.M. – Authorities say a woman dressed in camouflage robbed a bank in a southeastern New Mexico town of Dexter on Friday.

According to FBI spokesperson Frank Fisher, the woman walked into the Valley Bank of Commerce on 201 Old Dexter Highway around 2:45 p.m. She then told the teller to give her money, adding she was armed with a gun.

The suspect took an undisclosed amount of money and took off, Fisher said.

The woman wore camouflage pants, jacket and hat. She also had boots and sunglasses. Fisher said the suspect left in either a gold or tan four-door station wagon. The rear license plate was covered as well.
