ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Five suspects arrested at a northern New Mexico compound over the weekend were expected to face a judge Monday, but their hearing has been pushed back to Tuesday or Wednesday.

All five face charges of child abuse after 11 children, ages 1 to 15, were rescued from the compound that was described as "third world-like."

The owner of the land said authorities were searching the compound again Monday.

"Not quite sure what they were searching for. Hopefully that missing child. They did have dogs up there sniffing around which is good. I'm very happy they were doing that. That's the right thing to do. That's the best thing to do."

Authorities previously found firearms, ammunition, a makeshift shooting range and underground tunnel on the compound.

Deputies with Taos County raided the compound Friday morning to serve a warrant. The warrant was a result of a joint investigation involving multiple agencies, including Georgia authorities and the FBI.

Investigators said they had reason to believe a missing boy from Georgia, and his father, were at the compound.

Siraj Wihhaj is accused of kidnapping his son, Abdul-Ghani Wahhaj, who turned 4 years old Monday. The boy was not among the 11 children who were rescued from the compound. His whereabouts are still unknown at this time. The 11 children located at the compound are now in CYFD custody.

Siraj Wahhaj, Hujrah Wahhaj, Subhannah Wahhaj, Lucas Morton and Jany Leveille were all arrested at the compound.

In addition to the child abuse charges, Morton has been charged with harboring a fugitive.

KOB 4's partners at 11 Alive in Atlanta have confirmed with family members, the relations of those arrested at the compound:

Siraj Wahhaj, Hujrah Wahhaj, and Subhannah Wahhaj are siblings.

Subhannah Wahhaj is said to be married to Lucas Morton.
