37-year-old Jeremiah Yazziee-Miller and 34-year-old Jolynn Spahe were charged with child abuse after police say the couple smoked meth and then Yazziee-Miller shook Spahe's 11-month-old baby girl, hitting her head twice on a bed's headboard.

That baby remains in the ICU.

The couple now faces additional charges of third-degree felony counts of child abuse after another one of Spahe's children tested positive for meth.

That child, and Spahe's other children are now in CYFD custody.
